Life often feels pulled apart into gains and losses, pleasures and pains. Jyotiṣa offers another kind of seeing: life as an emanation of a luminous ground, divinely perfect. It gathers joy and sorrow, rise and fall, back into the embrace of unbroken wholeness. It is in this spirit that the ancient Vedic seers cherished Jyotiṣa as 'jyotiṣām ayanaṁ cakṣuḥ' (jyotish is the eye of the divine).
About the Achārya
Krishnaraj’s immersion in Jyotiṣa began under the guidance of 'Jyotish Ratan' Dr. Śaṅkara Bhagavadpāda, with whom he studied deeply for seven years.
What first began as a support for his own spiritual flowering gradually unfolded into a way of guiding fellow sādhakas through this luminous discipline.
In February 2025, he was formally consecrated at Rishikesh, on the banks of River Ganga, by Dr. Śaṅkara Bhagavadpāda as an Āchārya (teacher) of Maitreya Amanaska Yoga and Jyotiṣa.

Dr. Śaṅkara’s profound and deeply spiritual vision of Jyotiṣa has also shaped the language through which Krishnaraj shares this wisdom. Expressions such as “Divine Architecture” and “Cosmic Life Energies” — luminous terms coined by his guru — capture the essence of Jyotiṣa as a vision of wholeness rather than mere prediction, and continue to inspire the way Krishnaraj offers this sacred discipline today.
