Shuddha Vidya

These guidelines are intended to help uphold mutual respect, transparency, and harmony in all Shuddha Vidya sacred offerings.

 

Booking: Sessions must be booked at least 12 hours in advance.

 

Payment: The contribution is to be completed in full, online, before the session.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

​

• For Indian payments, cancellations made 12+ hours before the session are eligible for a refund.

• For international payments, refunds may not be possible owing to banking/transfer limitations. Instead, one free reschedule will be offered.

• No refunds will be given after a session begins or once it is completed.

 

No-show Policy: If a seeker (participant) does not attend the scheduled session, one reschedule will be allowed, at a mutually agreed time.

 

Instructor Rescheduling: In rare cases where the instructor must reschedule due to unavoidable causes, a free reschedule to the nearest convenient slot will be offered.

 

Session Environment: Sessions/Consultations are primarily offered through online video-conferencing modalities. In-person sessions may also be offered where possible. To preserve the focus and sacred atmosphere of these sharings:

 

• Please join from a quiet and undisturbed space, preferably your home.

• The instructor may advise rescheduling if ambient disturbances (e.g. public places, background noise) prevent a focused session.

• Kindly attend in modest, respectful attire, as one would for any sacred exchange.

   

Recording Policy:

 

• Sessions are meant to be experienced live. Audio or video recording is not permitted.

• To support recollection and reflection, the instructor may provide a short written or voice-note summary of key points after the session.

 

Data Privacy:

 

• Personal details of seekers (such as birth data, contact information, or notes from mentoring sessions) are held in strict confidence.

• This information is used only for the purpose of preparing and conducting your session, and is never disclosed to others without your consent.

 

Intellectual Property:

 

• All writings, images, and resources on this website belong exclusively to shuddhavidya.com / Krishnaraj.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or plagiarism is strictly prohibited and protected under the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) laws of India.
